Scenario Evidence Matrix
Browser-safe DNS/TCP columns are evidence labels: DNS is URL/host validation, TCP is skipped unless an external backend exposes it,
and WebTransport/ACK/backend identity come from the active host transport. RTT is client-observed browser → bridge → browser timing;
bridge processing and raw backend RTT are reported separately when the bridge exposes them.
